fantastic family FUN

The hotel provides free cribs and high chairs for families. There ARE MANY toys for kids available near the pool and playground. I especially enjoyed that we got a room upgrade to all-inclusive upon arrival. We were also allowed to use the hotel amenities after checkout before our airport transfer.

The room felt somewhat dated, and a thorough deep cleaning is needed.

the hotel enjoys a very convenient location and is close to playa teguise. nearby, i found the pedestrian area and outdoor terraces particularly charming. the bus stop is conveniently located right next to the hotel offering easy access to explore the area.

the room IS LARGE and well-equipped, offering plenty of space for luggage and relaxation. i appreciated the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. it also included a fridge a microwave and a hob with utensils for preparing light meals.

this hotel features two large pools for both relaxation and recreation. i noticed accessory attractions and features that are appropriate for various age groups. the animation team works hard, providing entertainment throughout the day and evening.

the hotel gardens were well maintained , and i liked all the outside space. i found the location great , as it was a short walk to the beach and other places.

my room had issues with noise , specifically from the kitchen deliveries early each morning. the air conditioning wasn't active yet , so the room temperature was too high.

The staff was always helpful, and i found the apartment spacious with a nice balcony. i stayed in a junior suite and enjoyed its cleanliness and daily service. the pool area was well-kept and offered a relaxed atmosphere, with enough sunbeds for everyone. i was impressed by the variety of food at every meal. There was always something appealing.

the evening entertainment definitely could benefit from an upgrade. the shows seemed to repeat often.

The staff was cute. I was able to do an early check in. The free upgrade to all-inclusive was much appreciated! The buffet food was good. We enjoyed both pools. One was quieter and the other had more activity for kids.

The evening entertainment venue has pillars restricting views in half the seats. The stage area is small. Some stunts were impeded by the low ceiling. It would be good to improve it, though.

The beach is a short walk away. It is perfect for daily strolls. There are also plenty of shops nearby, offering local souvenirs. A supermarket sits next door, a convenient feature.
